LSEG Workspace/Datastream Database: Book an online session

LSEG Workspace gives you access to the broadest and deepest coverage of financial data, news, analytics and productivity tools in a highly customized experience.     
 

To access Datastream or LSEG Workspace Excel Add-in: 

1. Download and install LSEG Workspace 
   1. Go to https://www.lseg.com/en/data-analytics/products/workspace/download-workspace 
   2. Click on Download Workspace for Windows. 
   3. Go to Download folder. 
   4. Run the RefinitivWorkspace-installer.exe 
   5. The installer window will open, then click Install. 

2. Launch Refinitiv Workspace application and try to login 
   1. Go to Windows Start, then scroll down and select the Refinitiv folder 
   2. Select Refinitiv Workspace and try to login. 

3. Open Refinitiv Workspace - Excel and try to login 
   1. Go to Windows Start, then scroll down and select the Refinitiv folder 
   2. Select Refinitiv Workspace - Excel and try to login

Please take note that this will only work on a Windows machine.

Also note that when using the desktop application, you will still need to book a session as we only have three licences.

NB: Sign in using the details you receive in the booking confirmation email.

You can make ONE booking per day for a maximum duration of TWO hours.
